As I have previously stated that I had started the cutting process of the Transformation ring bangle. The cut was completed yesterday and I will be posting the pictures of the process below.
This is how teverything looked after being cut by the Roland machine, with the wax moulds covered by the wax dust. I then cleaned up all the dust, as seen below.
Once this step was completed, I then took out the pieces using a craft knife. I then started the filing and cleaning process of the wax products. The last picture shows how the wax moulds look after the cleaning.
All that is left to do is a quick brush and then I can prepare everytghing for casting.
