Development

I had been trying to figure out how I could redesign the piece seen in the picture on the left and I decided to try to use a wire frame as a border which I could use to strengthen the bird form, as seen in the picture on the left.

I still have yet to improve on the idea as I develop it further, but i do like where it is so far.
