I would say that an item of jewellery which I have either
designed or created which falls under this category would be my interchangeable
jewellery pieces. The reason is that when creating these pieces, the main focus
is how the item will sit on the body and the proportions play a major part in
the design process. An example would be my ring-bangle. As much as it needs to
go around the arm, I have to consider the weight of the piece and how
comfortable it will be when worn as a ring. I therefore have to basically
design around the human anatomy, as much as I need to consider the overall
design look.
