The Transformation begins...



Today I started the next phase to the production and development of the transformable bridal jewellery pieces. With CAD depistcions and drawings completed, the next stage is to start cuttin g thye pieces using the Roland machine; which is something new for me. Which is one more added skill to have, and has also pushed me when it comes to design considerations of my jewellery. Below are the CAD/CAM design renderings and drawings.

 The jewellery piece will be and interchangeable ring-bangle, which can either consist of actual gemstones or engraving of gemstones, which isn achieved through including the gemstones in the process of the Roland wax carving or printing of the piece.

Now for the CAD/CAM drawings. These show the pen outline of the how the final piece may look as a ring and as a bracelet. 

Please note that for the final pieces I have decided to make the gemstones form part of the metal. 
The printing should be completed in the next 12 hours and I should be able to post the Roland wax carved pieces shortly after this. 

This is as far as I have come so far, I have cut and sanded the wax bar into the correct size and placed it ibn the Roland over
